Starters

Spicy parsnip soup

(V) Tomato, roasted red pepper & basil soup

Our signature dish: Blue Strawberry Salad continental leaves tossed with Atlantic prawns, grilled
cured bacon, blue stilton, roasted cashew nuts & crispy croutons

Game & smoked bacon terrine served with home-made chutney & toasted Ciabatta

A seafood tower of fresh salmon, crayfish tails & Atlantic prawns bound in a tomato & dill
dressing topped with horseradish cream cheese topped with a twist of smoked salmon

(V)Freshly baked shortcrust tart filled with red onion, spinach & Brie resting on dressed leaves

(V) Beef tomato & Feta Cheese with black olive tapenade & pesto dressing




Main Course

Roasted fresh Norfolk turkey breast & molasses – glazed gammon, baby chipolata & served with homemade sausage, thyme & chestnut stuffing

Char-grilled prime 8oz sirloin steak served with a jug of classic green peppercorn sauce

Corn fed chicken breast served with coconut, lime & honey sauce

Slow roast belly of pork with crispy crackling & apple sauce

Duet of salmon & seabass with saffron cream sauce & sautéed new potatoes

Chef’s steak, mushroom & ale pie topped with suet crust

(V) Cannelloni pasta filled with Italian vegetables in tomato sauce, glazed with goat’s cheese

(V) Wild mushroom & truffle risotto cake with poached egg served with herb cream& Parmesan crisps

All main courses are served with roast potatoes & fresh vegetables
